Upcoming back surgery has forced Grateful Dead Bassist Phil Lesh to cancel several festival dates scheduled for September. Lesh will miss the Outlaw Music Festival, Dirt Farmer Festival and Telluride Blues and Brews. Lesh is expected to make a full recovery from the minor surgery.
The Phil Lesh and the Terrapin Family Band’s “Phil-O-Ween” run at the Capital Theatre in Port Chester, New York (Oct 31. – Nov 2nd) is still a go at this point.
