Guitarist/singersongwriter Dave Simonett (Trampled By Turtles) has announced tour dates in support Red Tail, his upcoming album due on on March 13. It’s the the first time that Simonett has recorded a collection of solo material under his own name.
Simonett has previously released two albums under the name Dead Man Winter. Simonett will be hitting the road with a full band in the Spring in support of the album.

Treasure Island Casino is nestled in the green hills of Welch, Minnesota, along the banks of the Mississippi River – a short drive from Minneapolis. On September 21, the casino’s amphitheatre hosted an acoustic/bluegrass pairing – Avett Brothers and Trampled By Turtles – and over 17,000 music fans were treated to a gorgeous evening of stringed music.
